You made it to your senior year! That’s amazing, and mentoring becomes even more valuable when our students reach this milestone.
At Save Our Youth we help our seniors during their senior year. We help them to finish strong and prepare for setting up their next steps.
Our mentors and education department support our students in this big life transition by:
Scholars is our program for mentees pursuing post-secondary options. Many are first-generation students and are at a higher risk of leaving post-secondary education without receiving a degree.
Our education department provides year-round support and resources for scholars to complete a post-secondary program and navigate emotional and academic challenges.
Thanks to our generous supporters, Save Our Youth also provides financial scholarships for tuition and books (up to $2500/semester) to help bridge some of the financial gaps our mentees face.
We have been so blessed to see many of our scholars achieve their goal to graduate from college!
In May 2025 we celebrated educational success with our mentees! We are so proud of their accomplishments.
