We’re renting out a movie theater for an exclusive SOY Mentor appreciation event! You and your +1 are invited for an afternoon of encouragement, fun, and prizes!
The event is on Saturday, Oct. 19 at 11 a.m. at Harkins Northfield. We’ll provide the tickets, snacks, and fun. All we need is YOU.

The Movie
Isaiah Wright has some growing up to do. A year out of high school with no plans for his future, Isaiah is challenged by his single mom and a successful businessman to start charting a better course for his life. Through the biblical discipleship from his new mentor, prayers of his mother and a prayer warrior named Miss Clara, Isaiah begins to discover God’s purpose for his life is so much more than he could hope for or imagine. This event is a private showing of “The Forge” for current Save Our Youth mentors. You may bring a plus one (see below) to enjoy the event with you! We want to celebrate all you do for the youth of Colorado! This is a casual event, though, so just come as you are and get ready for fun!
We love that you’re thinking of your mentee! This may be a great movie to see with your mentee at some point, but this event is for YOU. Invite your significant other, friend, or family member join; we don’t want some mentees invited and others not, so we’d ask you not invite your mentee this time.
We will have fun snacks as well as free popcorn and soda. After the movie, we’ll have an optional get together at a restaurant next door for those who want to stick around and discuss.
The movie will end around 1-1:30 p.m. If you’d like to chat with other mentors and/or discuss the movie, we will have a casual hangout at a restaurant next door (TBD).
